For store owners, knitwear designers and other people whose business is connected with knitting supplies we offer special wholesale discount. You need to open a wholesale account with us and make first purchase for the amount not less than $300. We don’t have minimum order requirements for all subsequent orders, the only requirement we have for wholesale orders – each yarn color should be ordered in pack (10 x 50g skeins = 500g), kits, needles and notions - 3 pcs of an item.

Color cards with yarn samples are available upon request. Please, contact us if you’d like us to mail a color card to you.

Prices

All prices are in Canadian Dollars. You can pay in any currency, and the amount will be converted to Canadian Dollars at the time of transaction. Wholesale customers qualify for a wholesale discount on all products available in our store. To get detailed information about our discounts, please, fill in “Wholesale account request” form below.

How to place an order

To become a wholesale customer, you need to open a Knitca wholesale account. Please, fill the form below to send us a request. Once your account is approved, you can place an order online, by phone or by email, whatever is more convenient for you. You’ll get all details in a Welcome message.

Payment

As a wholesale customer you have 4 payment options:

• Pay using your Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress or Discover credit card on our secure site.
• Pay from your PayPal account. We’ll email you invoice with payment button that you click to pay online on secure PayPal website.
• Bank transfer – transfer the funds directly to our bank account, free service in many banks for Canadian customers.
• Mail us a money order for the invoiced amount (make the money order payable to Knitca)

Your financial information is NOT stored on our server and can NOT become available to our staff or our website users.

Taxes

Our business is registered in Ontario, Canada, and thus we are responsible for collecting HST and GST on orders shipped to locations in Canada.

As electronic patterns are not shipped to a physical address but downloaded online, the tax is calculated based on place of sale (Ontario) and we charge HST 13% on all orders made by Canadians.

We do not collect any non-Canadian taxes.

It’s you responsibility to pay all tariffs and customs duties, if any, in your country.

Shipping

For wholesale customers we offer fast and convenient Canada Post and UPS shipping service. Please, choose the rate you need at checkout.

We do not charge any extra handling fees.

Delivery time depends on the service you choose and varies between 1-15 business days. Please, note that remote areas may experience a longer delivery time.

Orders received by noon will be shipped same business day. Orders received after noon will be shipped next business day. Sorry, we don’t ship orders on weekends and public holidays.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased on our website, you can return it in original packing in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase for a product refund or exchange. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
